More of an exaggerated example, i doubt they have 100 testers, but they do have testers and the devs DO test themselves as well, the point which you seem to have missed, even with testing for a month the sheer amount of people playing at league launch give so many hours play time that testing is just a fraction, even if they had 1000 testers the amount of hours testing everything they could.
